Ready to use at 70 degree temperature. Extends short horn bowls. Provides positive bowl alignment. Eliminates capillary action. Will not harden or deteriorate. Fits 3 and 4 waste lines. Forms a gas-tight, odor-tight and water-tight seal. Comes with Plated steel bolts (two ¼ x 2-1/4 bolts, heavy nuts, round washers, speed nuts)
