Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. TileToolsHQ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

*Applicable sales tax will be added to orders from Arizona residents.

*Some items may be slightly different than the product image. In some cases, a substantially similar product may be shipped in place of the pictured item on TileToolsHQ
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by Noon (12 p.m.) Arizona time, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Special Order Products
Allow for a 1-2 week lead time for special order items. If more time is needed TileToolsHQ will contact you. Special order items cannot be returned or refunded. Replacements can be sent for manufacturer defects.
Shipping Time -- Most orders received before NOON Arizona time will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 Arizona time will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, OR HOLIDAYS except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by FED EX or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

*Items marked as free shipping will not be charged shipping. Unless expedited shipping options are selected.
*We ship most items FedEx ground from our AZ warehouse.
*In order to comply with VOC regulations and other environmental quality statutes employed by some states, TileToolsHQ may send regulated materials in smaller containers.
*Some items ship direct from the manufacturer.
*Some items including large and heavy equipment must be shipped by truck to an commercial address.

*Claims must be filed with the shipping company upon receipt when there is physical damage to the exterior of the packaging.
*In the event we do not have an item in stock or quantity available, you will be notified by email or phone and given the expected arrival date.
*Back ordered items will be shipped using the shipping method you selected when stock arrives in our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
*Free shipping on selected items applies to orders placed in the Continental U.S. only. Free shipping items do not qualify for expedited shipping. Please call for expedited shipping quote. We reserve the right to select shipping methods and carriers for Free Shipping items

*We have to secure on pallets large and heavy equipment, or if the package size exceeds maximum dimension shipping capacities.
*Shipping time is generally the same as FedEx ground service.
*These items must normally be shipped via a freight carrier such as Roadway or Yellow Freight or other large trucking companies to your location.
Our policy is and has always been to satisfy every customer, if you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us, you may return it, within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice/packing slip for refund or credit. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Product warranties are covered by manufacturers. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call us prior to returning any item. Return Authorization numbers are only valid for 10 business days.
Items returned for things other than damage or defect must be in sale-able condition in the original packaging.
Factory drop ship items are subject to a minimum 25% return charge.
Items designated as a special order cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Prices are subject to change without notice and limited to stock on hand.
Repairs on power tools that are not DOA must be handled by the manufacturer’s warranty. Most manufacturers carry a 1 year warranty and can assist in the repair or replacement of your product. Warranty claims must be filed by the customer directly with the manufacturer.
All special order items are non refundable unless an error was made on our part.

Damage to an item that is not physically apparent upon delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Refunds will be credited back to the original card used or via check by mail.
